I sell the house by owner. We signed a contract. Per contract he should pay $3000.00 Earnest Money to his title company or broker. Now contract is expired and he did not give proper notice. He did not give me Earnest Money.How can I get it?

List it with a Realtor and they can help you with problems like that, otherwise you're unfortunately out of contact since they never have earnest money which is "consideration" there was never a contract. You can always contact an attorney to try.
