Yes, I took plenty of photos there. I'd suggest asking if you wanted to use any of the photos for commercial purposes, but it seems to be fine to take photos for personal use.
We took plenty of photos, including the visit with the conservator. There are some beautiful halls and open spaces in addition to the artifacts that made wonderful photos. Some of the mummy displays were not accessible when we went due to nearby construction, but not sure their status now. It was also nice seeing school groups there. We had a very nice time here.
