Don’t ever go to this place the customer service sucks they where unprofessional rude and kept trying to get me to purchase more things then what I came for... I never felt so unhappy about spending my money worst experience ever...

I also went there one time. I got one used tire. They had already pulled it out of the back when I asked if they were putting one of the same make and model as my other 3 tires. When I asked that they said the price is $20 more if you want a specific tire. I thought that was a joke until I got the bill. They used the one they already pulled and charged more for it. That's fine, but today I'm shopping for 4 tires and I know not to go to JC again.

Of course they are trying to sell more if they don’t they will close because you came in on a special that they lose money on. Sorry to tell you that but the world is all about up sell. Even target of Walmart or the local 711 they all do it as well by putting peoducts at the register I just saying the way life is. Wouldn’t have been nice if 711 offered you milk or cookies to take home with you so your wife or children don’t send you back.
