Went there to look at a vehicle and the process was probably the best experience we've ever had buying and trading in a vehicle. Brandt Schnepf was an excellent and knowledgeable Salesman; specifically request him if you're looking for a vehicle. The Manager was patient with us as we worked through the process. The Financing Officer was professional and honest. We never felt pressured once. This location has been exclusively where I buy OEM parts from for some time. They don't treat you like you're stupid and they are always willing to answer questions (it helps to do your homework and know the part number before you get there). Parts prices are comparable to elsewhere. For the future, this Ourisman location will be our first stop for any future vehicle purchases.

Don't do it!! Whatever it is, don't do it. I inquired online about a price of a vehicle. I immediately got a phone call, even before I finished looking at that vehicle. I received 2 more calls in the time it took to ask the guy to give me 5 minutes to look at it. I received another as soon as I hung up from that guy. It's now the following morning and I've already received 2 calls. Not to mention I've received several emails and text messages as well. All from this dealership. Plus, the vehicle I looked at wasn't even there, and was showing $24,500 when it was actually $51000. Shady!!!

I work the overnight shift at Amazon. I was exhausted when I scheduled the appointment. I showed up today 7 am after a 12 hr shift to find out I scheduled the wrong place…completely wrong dealership.
