Professional photographers on Fonthill property need a permit. The Tile works is part of the Bucks County Park System and has no such restriction. The average person walking about does not need permits at Tile works😁
We were just there and there was no problem with taking pictures and we didn't need any permit. They let us take all the pictures we wanted.
