What are the theater's normal hours of operation? I purchased two tickets for a showing of Portrait of a Lady on Fire for Saturday but I need to either exchange them or get a refund.

I would suggest calling the theater during the time when they have movies that are showing. Today at 3:00 p.m. for example.

I think they open about 30 minutes before the first showing of the day. Usually that's between 1 and 2 if I'm not mistaken
