No we do not buy scratched records. Records may have light wear, but must be playable and free of heavy noise. Additionally all records should have their original cover and any inserts they came with. We will pay a percentage of what we can sell items for.
Yes they do buy them but I do not know the prices cuz I never dealt with them buying stuff off me
