There's no limit to how many kids are allowed. You could bring as many as you want.
the occupancy should be about 2 to 500 people in the rink. But you may want to check with them to see if they do a deal for birthday parties.
There's no limit to how many kids. However if it's super crowded they will have you be on hold until some leave.. but that doesn't happen too often.
