I mean you come in and you want great food but for a cost come and the servings are small please do something please

It's the management. If they continue to let their employees like this. It will go south with them. The rate of IHOP will fall. All I can say is depending what location, days, will be a better days.

I had a nice experience

I have yet to have a good experience at IHOP. Three different IHOP's ...Same unsatisfactory experience. I NO LONGER eat at any IHOP establishment..!
