Why do they tell you to pick up your package after 7 but the close at 7:15?? That doesn’t make any sense

Sometimes the couriers don't return until late. You have to keep an eye online to see if it's ready for pickup. What I do is sign up for updates through text so I get a message instead of checking the tracking number
