We just got back from FL and the water was comfortable to swim w the dolphins. No wet suit needed. They gave us fins. Any sunblock that's not natural make sure it's applied an hour before the swim. There's a chemical in one's like coppertone that's harmful to the oceans and they ask who's put it on. The lagoon there is a nice dip too.
