Not sure what this person means. Pizza os loaded with toppings. Compared to National pizza chains like Dominos, Pizza Hut, Donatos... Above those chains. I love my pizza.

I thought the toppings were very sparse, and their sauce was very bland.

They make sure the pizza is covered. With what ever toppings you get.
