Not officially. Could walk in the gym. Also lots of Silver Sneaker classes for seniors. This senior is in the pool every morning for Aqua Zumba, aquacize, or deep water aquacize.
Can walk in the gym at times but they have many treadmills that you can set the way you want them. Vary the speed and the amount of incline.
