How much is the delivery fee? And recommend tip percent?

I don't believe there is a delivery fee and as far as tipping goes I usually tip 20%.

They don't have a delivery fee. I tip 20% to 25% . Delivery will take anywhere from 35 minutes to an hour depending on how busy they are.

Typically, there is no delivery fee. However, they will deliver just outside of the city limits as well, and then there is a delivery fee. They would tell you when you place your order how much the delivery fee would be. And I agree with the 20% tip.
