I just want to give a huge shout out to everyone at FPL for the magnificent job restoring power to the communities. Somehow thank you seems very small. Angie Griffin Suntree

Easy to say when power was already fixed for yall in suntree and viera... And most yall with generators! Not everyone is so blessed to have a generator. Having had power lost at 1:50pm on sunday before the storm and many who've lost power during storm has it back, it just doesnt seem very fair now going on 46 hours w/o power or a generator! Not even heard anything from fpl or seen a truck on our street!!! With lines down! Unreal! Yea well some of us have babies and small children these should be priority like the elderly! Not schools and businesses ive seen the trucks at! Schools are closed until further notice! 2nd i never said it wasnt an easy job they are getting paid very well risk pay, and are provided free hot breakfast, lunch and hot dinner! I know bc my mom is catering to them with her company. Just saying in a state of disaster priorities should be made better!

Hey buddy fpl fix virea power cause there rich. I think it messed up cause i still have no power it been 3 days i live in Melbourne.

Matt Johnson, it's been 2 days. I still have no power and also lost my own on Sunday. I do not own a generator either. I still agree with Angela, FPL is working around the clock and doing a great job. Millions are without power and they've already helped so many.
