Worst service ever, Had nothing to do with the waitress. We were a party of 13 and waited for more then 45min for our food. Spoke to a manager and all I got was food was coming.. and waited and waited. DO NOT DO NOT COME AND EAT HERE.

Never been disappointed here. Actually the best burger I’ve eaten.

You have to expect slower service with a party or 13, trying to organize and make a table come out together with 13 dishes isnt easy on any kitchen

The manager Mac is extremely rude ive been many times over the past 5yrs of living in Cocoa & I still don't understand how he is still here! Even my waitress jus told me they get complaints all the time on him

I agree, sometimes if you are a regular they spit in your food and laugh about it.

It most likely depends who is working that shift.I have only been here once, but we only had a party of 3,Im surprised they didn't offer free shakes for your inconvenience,Unless they were packed,I would contact corporate,to see if you can find a resolution.

We enjoy the help and management st out Merritt Island Steak and Shake . Great foof at affordable prices .

Last time we we're there we had a waitress "not on her game" but that was the only time we've had that happen. Usually good service

I have always had good service. Much better than the Viera location. Sorry you had such horrible experience.
