I'm not sure exactly what their policy but I believe between spouses it can be used. You do have to be careful using someone else's card because if you get caught there's will be canceled and you'll never get one also I don't know how they do it in other states but in California they started to require membership cards at the food court which until now it wasn't necessary
I want to say no because it would not be fair for the dues paying members. However, you can take them as guests and be with your guests when they pay.
