Has wide variety of West Indian products from the Caribbean,look for weekly specials,they also have a wide variety of meats in their refrigerated walk-in area, bundle up.

My mum's favourite place to shop. They have everything poultry, fish, groceries, ethnic supplies you name it but the staff on the front end could be a bit more professional.

They sell the tide in the big plastic bucket. Every now and then they have it on sale for $20 which is good price. Normally the price is $25 or more. Don't remember seeing the one in the plastic bag there.
