I'm sure they do. That area is a dog friendly neighborhood. But I would call to be sure.
No dining indoors, just outside. They do delivery and pick up.
They do not take reservations. You wait in line for sidewalk seating, but it moves quickly. On Friday I waited only about 30 minutes and as busy as it was, the service was excellent.
No no reservations are necessary. Since it's outdoor seating , it's first come first serve basis
