Good Afternoon Dr. Micelle. I would like to say that we did send out an letter to everyone last quarter about the fuel surcharges. This quarter like we promised you saw the price dropped just like the market. These are fuel surcharges and not a an increase. We would and will let you know of any increase as well. We appreciate your understanding of our small business trying to adjust with the market.
It was announced to us, in a letter attached to a 3rd quarter bill. I am also on a tight budget, but justified their decision, that gas increases are undeniably the economy, not Anchor’s fault. Let’s hope the price goes back to normal 1st of year. Thanks for sharing.
This is the SAME apology that I received last quarter. I'm wondering if these letters are truly being sent. I am very pleased with the DISPOSAL service, but the COMMUNICATION really needs work!
Yes, and I got an answer from them this week: “First of all, we want to thank you for being an Anchor Disposal customer. We want to apologize that you did not get the attached letter in advance like the rest of our customers did. For some reason, there was an error with our system when trying to attach the letter to the autopay customers last quarter. Due to fuel prices increasing we temporarily added a fuel charge.Third quarter fuel charge was $2.99 a month.”
Thanks! Your answer is awaiting moderation.
