You can call Emerge Ortho and ask. In my case I was referred by UNC Primary Care.

I was referred to this orthopedic clinic for my back because I have scoliosis and degenerative disc disease. Is any doctor in there have knowledge about a person's back and the problems I have? I know I'm going to have to have surgery for both.
