Does corporate know how incompetent the staff at this location is? Does management know that appliance sells blame delivery and installation while delivery and installation blame appliance department for their incompetence? And they IGNORE cust.?

I was given a delivery window of 4:45 to 6:45 from the store on Charlotte. Never showed or called. Searched for other locations but spparently from these comments this store is just as bad!! I plan to cancel my order!

I've had horrible experiences there too. Lowes is oh so much better!!!
