No customer service. No one to ask for help or directions. No cashier. Self-checkout is a nuisance Totally unnecessary.

Friendly and helpful staff! I got what I needed today and then some. Organized and well stocked store. Staff in landscaping department was friendly and helped me out a lot! Great job!👍
I was given a delivery window of 4:45 to 6:45 from the store on Charlotte. Never showed or called. Searched for other locations but spparently from these comments this store is just as bad!! I plan to cancel my order!
My order was delivered to the wrong address. I have called customer service and was told I would receive a response within 24 hours from management. No response at all.

Confirms that my case was the rule and not the exception. The corporate office either does not know or does not care.
Who is the store/district manager of Store #2725? I have a missing delivery that I have been charged for. I have filed an incident report with Lowe's 1-800 number but nothing has been resolved. I haven't received any communication from the store!

I am in the same boat....since February.
Why are there no cashiers anymore? Why are the self service machines not working right?
Why is it that I have to pay the same amount for a product and check it out and bag it myself?

1. Because technology/machines are taking over while people are becoming obsolete.
2. Because they either opted for cheaper, crappier tech or just getting the kinks worked out.
3. Because companies are greedy as hell
(and they can obviously get away with it)
