You would need to go into the store and inquire about who was hosting the adoption. If it was a cat that that had in the store, you would need to start the adoption process in-store. If it was an adoption hosted by a shelter, you can get the adoption information from a store employee and proceed to contact the shelter from there. Hope that helps.
We adopted a dog from a group out front of petsmart a few years back and the dog has been a beautiful addition to our family. I truly do not know what life was like before him 😊
