We stayed at about 8 RV parks last summer and Waters Edge was definitely the most kid-friendly. We have 5 boys and 3 of them are between 3 and 12. The owners, staff and other guests were always very nice, and best of all there were tons of activities to keep them busy.
Good park close to river walking path kids would have fun
The managers have 3 kids. During the summer they try to have activities for kids: rock painting, kayaking, biking, etc. They RV resort is right next to the river, but there is a shallow area with sand that is child friendly.
Hi Jennifer! I am the manager at Water's Edge and, like the others said, we are a family friendly park. The river provides a lot of fun and we provide kayaks to use for free and we are planning to do more kid activities this summer. We also have complimentary warm cinnamon rolls on Saturday mornings which the kids love! We are away at an RV Park convention but will begin booking for 2019 next week!
