Drove some friends here from another town they had gotten stranded in. Fell in love with this place the moment I entered. The rental my friends lived in was up to date, clean, and very nice in every way. Big porch to sit on outside and watch the world go by. Also very quiet! The sounds of nature were the prominent noises we heard the entire stay. The clubhouse with laundry services were clean orderly and very comfortable to be in. I would recommend this little RV park to anyone needing a peaceful environment to relax in.

Leisure time is absolutely amazing. I have had the pleasure of talking to some of the residents and was amazed at how humble and respectful they were... and as an outsider looking in..... the maintenance of the place is obviously in the right hands because the place couldn't look any better... if I could leave 10 stars I would....

We love this place, the park is in a place where it offers beauty and peacefulness. It is right on the river and it adds to such awesomeness. Well run and very friendly people.

I would be willing to come take a look and give you a free estimate. I don't normally do that kind of work but I have done that kind of work... I know in a small town like this it's hard to find the right people for jo s like this. Would you be available around 6p today?
It depends this last winter it started snowing on Thanksgiving and snowed off and on until March. In 2017 we had a really dry winter it snow in town 2 times.
No. Has to be an RV. Can be a park model. Can't be over 10 years old.
Yes, don't live there full time but use my place year round.
If you are an owner or a guest it is available by the library in the park.
