Your child support is based off of your income & the mothers. You are always obligated to support your child. Document when your child is with you, take it downtown & talk with a case worker. They are best to advise you. You also may need to take it back to court.
Child support does not handle custody nor visitation issues. You would need to go to the self help facilitator office at Court House. Visitation is separate from support for the children. Every parent has rights, if the other party refuses visitation go to the court house and begin to exercise your rights as a parent for visitation/custody. Visitation does get used in calculating guidelines for the support.
Child support does what they want, I wouldn't get behind even though you think you are in the right. They take without explanation and let you guess. It gets really murkey. I would definitely request a hearing as was suggested above but follow through is Paramount. They frame it to look like you are getting what you are asking for but a judge will be needed most likely. Good luck I hope not to give any bad information
You need to go to the Sisk Building. An get on calendar to get visitation for your child
Yes. You are the Parent of the child, therefore are obligated to provide for your child.
