Talk to your mom.
Actually the agency is only there to help the females (moms) who get child support. I am a male who was supposed to get court ordered child support from a dead beat mom but I was never helped prior to 2018 ( this cs order came in 2012). In my prior dealings with the agency I was ignored and mocked when ever I tried reporting that my son biological mother was not paying her court ordered child support payments
Go to the child support office in person and show proof that you're being making payments and are current and DMV release suspension with a fee😡
Call them and ask for a modification to lower your payments
I don't know I never had to do either. Sorry that I couldn't be helpful.
You must call child support, and make a claim. Child support then wait until the beginning of the next month and if the check has not been cashed they will issue another check. They will also ask you to have your deposit put onto a California child support debit card so it doesn't happen again
Make a lump sum payment. Call for info
Talk shows . They already have his blood type. Find out yours.
If you owe back pay and the child is over 18 you still have to pay the back pay. Because it was money owed when they were under 18.
If you meant a receipt, no? They give you a case number & the proper paperwork needed.
Contact them directly and ask them
Contact them and state your case.
Get a court order and there will be an enforcement of visitation.
Court. Only the judge can change the order
Are you married to the father of the kids?
Request dna test
Call the child support office and find out what is going on
Its on how much u make
Call the child support office to make an appointment, they're not taking walk-ins. They'll tell you what to do
Thats probably the interest they charge..He can go to court and have the balance lowered..Don't wait too long though!
Dont think so but everyone's case is different. I'd check if I were you.
My suggestion is to contact legal aide on the corner of Kern and Van Ness in Fresno CA. Ask about grandparents rights and assistance with keeping yours. It sounds like the grandkids father is trying to take your rights of visitation from you
No there is no drop box outside the door of the office.
Ok thanks for the feed back.
I can help you with your question, but I don't understand what you mean when you said you had a modification 4 months ago to 2 months ago and now the judge, can you reformulate your question?
If both parents are in the home , courts usually won't order support. Please contact an Attorney though for further advice.
My suggestion is to inform Fresno County Child Support Services in person at the main office and take proof that you actually have your son with you. Also bring any proof that you have regarding who is actually receiving the child support. Let them know that you want to modify the child support arrangements. They should be able to help you do that... If not, you may have to file for the modification yourself...as well as get an attorney or public defender and go before a judge
Ditto that
Do you have any information about him like do you know his addresss, does he work, or do you have any of his family info, date of birth and SSN you will have to provide as much info as you can to the child support worker so they can locate him and serve him papers. Also the more you stay in contact with child support about your case the faster they will work on your case and start recieving the help you need financially. Good luck
Yes u do cause if not there be consequence
I wish I could help you with this question. I suggest you speak with your attorney or other office that will be handling your case. That way they can give the actual allegations and why the mother is allegedly not being brought up on charges.
Pay it
No
You can get it back when you show proof that you have or started making child support payments.
The mom has to tell them to stop.
U go down town and find out...or call
Your child support is based off of your income & the mothers. You are always obligated to support your child. Document when your child is with you, take it downtown & talk with a case worker. They are best to advise you. You also may need to take it back to court.
A while back she said she didn't have a case against him but I keep telling my husband to go down & inform the child support about it so he can pay the right way, can she get in trouble or just my husband?
Unfortunately you don't. As long the mother of your child is on welfare or any other assistance, your obligated to pay child support. Whether you like it or not.
The COAP or Compromise of Arrears Program
Not on line, you can call the clerks office for the county the order is in and obtain one that way
Exactly!
Support falls on the responsibility of those that conceive a family, so the best way to deal with the presents of your children is family court. The issue you bring up is between you the other parent, and the court which can help resolve the matter (family court).
Call the number
You should be receiving a monthly statement. You can access DCSS through their state website and look at money received and either forwarded to you OR used as welfare reimbursement.
If It's court ordered definitely go talk to a judge and show documentation that you have him. Like if hes enrolled in school and things like that.
