The restaurant is based in Arizona, so I have to imagine the misspelling is intentional in an attempt to appeal to the folks who can't be bothered learning what a J sounds like in Spanish.
Hi Guys, actually, it was named after a punk band from Southern California and punk/skate culture of the 90’s that we grew up in and the concept was inspired by. No disrespect meant. Cheers, Kevin
