I dont care that my dad no longer manages the park. What I do care about are these dead trees throughout the park.. Fire hazard.. I'll get the opinion from outside sources and we will see what can be done... I dont know where any trees have been removed in this park.... I'm not putting down the managers.. They are doing great.. Nice people but now let's get these dead trees out of here. There are dead trees and limbs that are a fire hazard. These trees need to be topped and some removed... Its worth the money to have this done because this is eventually cost you more in the long run if theres a fire or in the winter when the wind and rain knock the dead limbs on a mobile or car.... The good people in here should not have to worry... I think theres a legal and moral responsibility of the owner to take care of this for the residents...
Hello Brian, we understand that you remain frustrated by your dad no longer managing the property. But as we have demonstrated, we have trimmed and removed trees continuously over the past year, since taking over management. This includes work by onsite staff, removal and trimming by third party service providers, and collaborating with PG&E to remove large trees as well. As you know this is a heavily treed area - something that many people love about Pollock Pines - and we are committed to continually trimming, pruning and, where necessary, removing trees to balance safety with having a beautiful and healthy shade canopy. We ask that you please look to the future of this community and not dwell in the past. We wish you and your dad all the best as we move onward.
