They are very busy. You'll almost always need an appointment. Their turn-around times are excellent though so don't worry.

Yes they are always busy. But if the a12 is just an oil change or basic maintenance, you can just go in. I did that last month, showed up when they first opened and there were already a bunch of cars waiting. But was done in an hour. So yeah, busy but quick.
You can show up if you have time to wait u can wait for a couple hours or you can have someone pick you up and come back and pick it up they're open till midnight on most days. Time you have to wait depends on the time of day you come.
