At this time the IRS is providing service by digital communications only, but no chat or phone or in-person visits. This means you must use the information provided on the website including FAQs and search terms. You can create an online account or download the app to access your information to verify the information the IRS currently has for you, payments and returns. There is currently a backlog on processing returns and will likely get worse as we approach the the deadline of July 15th.

I need information on filling out my form accurately. I need to talk to someone about a problem I might have?
