The form you need for each year depends on your tax situation and goals for those particular years. Things like the type and number of deductions, type of income and whether you had a business in any or all of these years will determine which forms are needed to file your taxes. If you are filing a simple tax return a 1040 ez will suffice. If your taxes are more involved, other forms in addition to the 1040ez will be needed or you may need a different 1040 altogether. Contact a tax preparer to determine which forms will be needed based on your situation in each year.
