Call corporate and Express you unhappiness. Anytime I've been in they have been helpful but slow. Sorry you had to experience that. Cause our town is very nice. McDonald heads up listen to what's being said
Absolutely. Will not ever go back to that McDonald's. No service? No sales! I'm done. We wanted some special attention ordering with a dietary need, but they said if I couldn't do it on the kiosk, they couldn't help me. Awful.
They seem to do that at times
