Hi Roland, thanks for question. The free diagnostic is absolutely free. There is no charge whatsoever. The reason for this is we want to take the time to provide the exact issue and charge it will be. The customer should be able to make an informed decision whether it makes sense to proceed with the repair. As such, we're happy to provide a complimentary diagnostic. If the customer or you choose not to proceed, there is not cost, obligation, or any hidden charge whatsoever. Hope that clarifies. Yes, Anu, we know computer repair companies in the industry that throw the word free out there with some pressure and obligation to perform the repair afterwards. Not us.
