How can I get my money back since I keep getting told I will get refunded after they talk to their manager nobody saying nothing and I been patient enough it's now 11/18/2018 and I made my request the day of my birthday 10/30/2018

I can barely go in so I always call due to work and my kids... they know but no action being put 4ward...like really????yes Mrs Robinson and nooo call back @ all since my bday
