How do you get prompt service here? We are sitting here right now - have asked for coffee 3 times. We've been waiting for 45 minutes for our food. No mgr in sight. This is really REALLY bad service.

Sorry to hear of your troubles, Michele. I have not had that experience there, myself. However, I'm pretty much exclusively a Sunday morning visitor. It gets REALLY busy in the mornings on the weekend. May be a different crew. Good luck..
