Great stay. Only suggestion is have pool open longer. Very limited hours prevent most guests from using what looks like an amazing pool. Guests like to swim in the morning, especially in the summer and when traveling with their families. There no lifeguard anytime, so it wouldn't inconvenience the hotel in any way to open it earlier.

Arrived at 1:35am, took the front desk almost 10mins of me calling and hearing the phone ring, and actually knocking on the glass door for her to come to open the door and to the desk. She gave me ground floor room right next to the side exit. I asked for a different room and she said there was none. I asked to be put in another room later today, she said I had to come to the front desk to request that..?? I asked her if she could put a note for whoever will be there for the day shift so the rooms won't get sold out, at this point she is rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing. The room smells bad, like wet carpet, the window drapes could not close all the way, such that anyone walking by could see into the room. This hotel deserves a half star, very dingy with rude staff, not worth it. Table tops were dusty, the bedspread that should be white is yellow and obviously old, should have been retired. I am so uncomfortable, I can't sleep. This is why I am up at 2:30am writing this review, can't wait to change hotels in the morning.

Positive: The rate was very good. Negative: I booked the hotel stay from Tuesday-Friday with a checkout on Saturday morning. The entire stay our room did not get cleaned and I had to keep calling the front desk for more towels. I did bring my own cleaning spray so I cleaned it myself.

We were treated with great respect and professionalism. "Tanisha" was exceptionally good at taking care of our room as well as kindly attending to our needs for fresh towels. She should train others to be kind, caring, respectful, and professional hotel housekeepers. The front desk was warmly inviting and helpful to us. The building was clean and organized. We were very impressed with the Morning Breakfast and The Cafe Area. Keep up the GREAT WORK!❤ HOPEFULLY, WE WILL BE BACK! GOD BLESS YOU!
