Nope, no clubs or activities for non-residents, unless you count something like a musical. If one of your family members is a resident you can join them in certain locations, but the staff do not like it when visitors do something that potentially disturbs residents. Some organizations, such as Methacton Community Theatre, have negotiated permission to use certain spaces (and residents get free admission to their shows), but even then it is under sensitive conditions.
If you're 55 and over, you could inquire.
