It goes by your income, about 35% of it for rent. I'm not a landlord but I live at Wheatfield Towers, a similar type place. It might be more in the city with taxes being higher. It is still 35% of your income. It might or might not include heat and electric. If it's included then you pay about $40 more every month. I pay my own and it's cheaper than that. I'm a google local guide. You might see me at Tops almost every week.
