Waiting list was short and I love it here.

I live here. Maintenance, one man, is way behind, but one person cannot possibly keep up. There is a serious dust issue throughout the building. If you are allergic, as I am, it is likely to cause problems. Some apartments are very small and some quite large. If you truly need a bit more space say so at interview. I did not and have 4 birds and cages in a very small apartment. Management is not competent. The person is basically a money counter with few interpersonal skills. That causes rifts and gives silent permission to some residents to constantly complain to the office about issues that are interpersonal rather than tenent based. Otherwise, it can be a decent place to live.

Clean, staff very unfriendly, seems to need quite a bit of maintenance but owners are located out of area.
