My brother and his wife are drug addicts smoking crack daily and my nephews are not eating or being taken care of properly . Why is DCF not doing anything?

Maybe I need to explain myself a little better I will I am the grandmother and I want my grandbaby and my daughter don't smoke crack and her daughter wasn't hungry she came here to Waterbury and hat on mistake so my daughter's not a crack as she doesn't do math so I don't own but on the grandmother and I feel that my granddaughter should be with me I don't have any habits
