Why does the state allow so many homeless stay there? Several in cars/makeshift dwellings. There’re bathing in the bathroom sinks. How’s that safe for visitors. Also cooking with crockpots, by the pay phones. Constantly filling water jugs from the water fountains. Doesn’t seem covid safe to me. Much cross contamination to so many using the visitors center proper. Please advise...
