Service department is HORRIBLE! No follow up and continuously had to call for the status of my car and did not diagnose serval issues with my car that should have been addressed!

I could not agree with you more Bryan this place is a disaster it's embarrassing to have them be a local business in my area as for the person that made the bottom comment they probably just work for Leo... Truth be told here this family business is just a little bit too family-oriented if you know what I'm saying LOL... They cut Corners left and right I wouldn't trust them with my vehicle if you paid me $1000000!

Bryan, so sorry that you feel that way about our service department. If I recall you came in for an oil change in a tire light on a vehicle you bought elsewhere with very high miles. I agreed to diagnose a vehicle at no charge since you were in the military, after you agreed to have the job done we ordered the parts and you bought it elsewhere for the repair. You then brought it back for additional diagnosis the other repair shop could not handle. We once again diagnosed your vehicle and you bought it elsewhere for repair. I understand you are having transmission issues now, completely unrelated to any of your previous concerns. I listened to your calls today as you berated my service manager, he was courteous and explain to you that we would not diagnose your car at no charge. I wish you and James the best of luck and hope you are able to get your automotive needs squared away, however it will not be at our dealership.
