We serve spaetzle . Which is as close as you get to kertophen at the blueheron. And of course potatoe pancakes

I haven't seen it but Blue Heron is DELICIOUS.

I have not seen it on the menu either. But I think all the other food is amazing and eat there frequently, especially sunday brunch.
