I enjoyed the last two days but what's the smell coming from back of my rental coming out of a white construction looking trailer parked in lot next door or is that trailer part of the inn? Smells chemicals and weird smells coming into my room

Hopefully it the food trailer dont get people sick cause they were clearly cleaning it when I seen a guy and women there both looked homeless but had the trailer open clearly cleaning it... with what magic?

I am the owner of the lot next door that is being turned into temporary housing for homeless veterans. The white trailer is a food truck and does not have any chemicals in it at the moment.
