I would not recommend staying here. When I called to reserve a room I asked if there was a pool available. The person told me yes their pool was opened and available. Once arriving to the hotel after checking in I called the front desk to see where the pool is located the front desk inform me there was no pool. I immediately grabbed my stuff after being in the room for approximately 2 minutes. And went to the front desk. I asked if I could get my money refunded due to being lied to. The front desk refused to refund me my money I asked to speak to a manager there was no manager on duty and he would not answer his phone ( supposedly.) I tried to get a partial refund due to me stepping foot in the room they refused and would not refund me partial anything. This is absolutely one of the worst deaings I have ever had with a hotel. I would recommend going somewhere else and having better service.

Positive: The Beds were so comfortable they got a 5 star. The location was great to my liking. Quiet area so you can sleep well. Nice TV and good heater. Nice storage closet to hang your cloths and they offer a iron if needed. Also a nice good size vanity. Negative: The shower water was weak . The Tub clogged up and wouldn't drain after the 1st person took a shower. I called front desk ,they said a person will be there to look at it. After30min.I called again, they said maintenance was out somewhere. Disappointing.

I checked in very late. The young man at the desk was very accommodating when I finally came in after 10:30 pm. on 6/9/22. He was very nice after the day my daughter and I had. I didnβt get his name but after a long day it was exactly what we neededβ¦human kindness:) and the best customer service I have ever received! Disappointing overnight stay (with a reservation) while motorcycle touring through the area. Had to quickly change rooms due to soiled walls in the initial room. Second room was marginally better. Overall, the facilities are in need of a thorough cleaning, updates & renovations. Our prior experiences with Quality Inn franchises have been very good; this one needs some attention.

No senior discount. You can get a discounted rate if your a member of the hotel reward system. I agree not the best hotel I've ever been to. Not sure what the better option of the area would be though
There is a mini fridge and a microwave in my room and it's a normal room with two queens.
