Truly honestly I just walked out , the young man working there was so rude to this Elderly lady in a cane . My first impression not great. Good luck with that attitude.

HI Avadora, I am sorry that you felt the conversation between a clerk and one of our regular customer's was inappropriate. The clerk was having a hard time understanding this woman through her mask as she was speaking softly. She had just dropped her dog off for grooming and was rushing out the door but she wanted him to pick a collar out for her dog while she was gone. He was trying to explain to her that he did not know what style, size or color collar she would want for her dog. She told him to have the groomer pick one out but he explained that the groomer really cannot leave the dogs being groomed unattended while picking out a collar for her. We have found that it generally never works out when we try to pick something out for a customer as everyone has a different type of taste and style.
