If it's for a primary care, probably not. Your primary care doc or another doctor from a different VA may refer you to a specialist at the K'ville VA. My husband has been seen at Durham VA and Kernersville VA for specialized care that is not available at his primary care in Salisbury. If you want to change primary care to K'ville, there's a process you have to go through.
