When I was there last week I saw the same-the only people not wearing masks were eating or outside. Unless you are sucking Campbell's soup through a straw, you kind of HAVE to pull mask down. Same for drinking. Fun to watch people try but REAL hard to hit your mouth with mask in the wayšµš¤š„š
I was there on Friday and all staff wore masks, patrons wore them into the establishment, and tables were spread out. Are you suggesting that everyone must wear a mask when eating and drinking? And that even members of a close knit group (e.g. came together in the same car) must social distance from each other in the bar? If you want to be 'as safe as possible', then staying at home 24/7 is the only responsible course of action.
